Shanta Equity was incorporated on 23 March 2021 and obtained its merchant banking license from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission in August 2021. Commercial operation of the company commenced in January 2022.
Our presence in the financial sector is complemented by our affiliated entities, notably Shanta Securities, a top-performing stock brokerage, and Shanta Asset Management, awarded as the Best Asset Management Company by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission in 2022.
